For ten incredible years, the Platipus Tournament has brought together players from around the globe to celebrate skill, sportsmanship, and a shared love for competition.
What began as a small gathering of passionate enthusiasts has grown into an iconic tradition that continues to inspire and unite gamers of all ages.
This milestone year is not just about looking back at the unforgettable moments, fierce rivalries, and joyous victories—it’s also about looking ahead to many more years of excitement and camaraderie.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The tournament starts on 31.03.2025 16:00 UTC and lasts until 07.05.2025 16:00 UTC.
Total prize pool of the Tournament 100,000 EUR (or the player's currency equivalent).
The winner is the player with the biggest sum of multipliers. Points for every hit multiplier are summed up throughout each tournament stage. The multiplier is calculated by dividing the win by the bet in each round.
For example, if you wager 1 euro 3 times in a tournament and win 10, 100, 200 euro, that means that you have got a x10, x100, x200 multiplier respectively and scored 1000, 10000, 20000 points. All these points are summed up. The players with the highest amount of points win the tournament.
To participate in the tournament you need to make a bet on one of the Platipus games that will participate in the tournament.
Only bets made in tournament participating games will be counted towards the scoreboard.
The minimum total bet to participate in the tournament is 0.5 EUR per spin.
The tournament is divided into 4 stages:
1st Stage - Platipus in Egypt (31.03- 07.04)
2nd Stage - Platipus in China (09.04-16.04)
3rd Stage - Platipus in the Caribbean (21.04 - 28.04)
4th Stage - Platipus in Las Vegas (30.04 - 07.05)
Each stage has a prize pool of 25,000 EUR.
Prizes for each stage are distributed according to the Leaderboard:
1. place 5,000 EUR
2. place 3,000 EUR
3. place 2,000 EUR
4. place 1,000 EUR
5. place 700 EUR
6.-7. places 600 EUR
8.-10. places 550 EUR
11.-15. places 400 EUR
16.-20. places 300 EUR
21.-35. places 200 EUR
36.-50. places 100 EUR
If two or more players got the same result, the player who got the result earlier gets an advantage.
The provider and operator reserve the right to suspend the tournament indefinitely without payment of prizes in case of force majeure.
Tournament rules can be changed anytime. Malfunction voids all payouts.
